I paid 100 AED for a Corona. Let me repeat that. I paid 27 USD for a Corona. If it was not clear, I paid 24 EUR for a Mexican beer. Nice view, but stay away!

Really bad service i wait for 20 minutes even with any off stuff bring just a menu !!! After i talk with one of them he bring the menu and go for another 20 minutes !! and after he get our order we wait about 30 minutes!!? Hotel staff told me that the address is intended for smokers only! Does this make sense? I don't know why it was done? And evacuate customers from the restaurant ، it is So bad !!!!!i think experience some kind of racism!

Food and ambiance were splendid. Fantastic when it's beautiful outside during the winter.

Such a nice location to have dinner with a loved one. The open terrace looks across to Burj Khalifa and the fountains whilst also taking in Souk Al Bahar and Dubai Mall. Menu selection is a bit limited and mainly to Asian food but there’s enough on there for most people. Taste of everything was superb and the service was discreet and friendly. It’s pricey but if you are a U by Emaar member you get a discount. Weather in late November was amazing. So comfortable - could have sat all night.

The worst service and quality of food ! the only thing that works in their favor is beautiful views, apart from that the service was probably the worst I've experienced in Dubai. it took 5 rounds of calls just to order some drinks (on a week night - so not so busy) didn't serve water that we ordered till the end of the night! food was mediocre & wouldn't recommend it! we went for a birthday celebration - had called & confirmed for cake, asked for it three more times during the evening and each waiter confirmed its ready but no one served it to us!

The place to be for evening dinner in Dubai!!! From 6 am to 22 am the best relaxing view on the Burj Khalifa and the Fountain show. Very friendly staff, nice drinks and food.The best Lounging Place in the Center of Dubai City

I visited Dubai in February and had the pleasure of dining at Zeta twice (we were so blown away by the experience we had to go back later on in the week) The service is impeccable - I have never experienced anything quite like it... this is a ‘take my money’ kind of place...... 5* Food, 5* Service, 5* location. To the management team behind Zeta, You have created something very special.

Good view to see burj khalifa

Our experience wasn't great to say the least. We were charged double the amount even though it was the waiter's mistake. And to make matters worse, the total amount in local currency was unjustifiably higher than it should (seems they added a fee without informing us)! Definitely will not visit this place again.

Stunning view of Burj Khalifa but poor customer service, inattentive and rude staff. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a restaurant. I’m not going back & i don’t recommend this place.

Stylish prime and discreet Japanese fusion open air lounge restaurant bar at the bottom of the Address Downtown hotel. The best spot to enjoy the light show of Burj Khalifa. Ideal place for a date or a professional dinner. Cote cuisine, seafood and fishes are the leitmotiv of the place. It's tastefull and well presented. Surely a great place to impress your partner in life or in business.

Nice place with great view of the dubai fountain

Beautiful spot with the perfect view. The food was excellent and the staff very friendly and attentive. I mentioned in the reservation that we are celebrating my husband's birthday, the hostess asked for his name and at the end of our evening surprised us with a birthday cake which made the night extra special. Can't wait to go back!

Best seats for drinks in downtown.overlooking the Dubai Fountain and right infront of Burj.Khalifa.It can can not ve any better as they serve alcoholic drinks.Signature cocktails are very good.Price range from 45AED for drink
